Is the 2nd rounder too much? I almost feel that that straight up Reinhart for Lindholm is fair?

I admit I haven't seen much on the two players to make a judgement. On paper it seems about right. The trouble with the Ducks is that they have good young Dman which makes trading one reasonable, but they are also deep at centre. Long term contracts with Getzalf, Kesler, young Rakell. Just wonder if Reinhart is the best fit there.
Not saying it would happen during the season, but Dallas has some young Dman talent in the AHL. If Dallas wanted a young centre, and depending on whether they sign UFA Dmen, maybe a better fit would be Buffalo/Dallas.

Dallas has Seguin, Spezza, and Eakin locked up for at least the next four years. And I don't think any of Dallas' young Dmen is high-end enough for a Reinhart.

Rakell has had some success on the wing this year, and I don't think Kesler is ideal as a number 2 centre in spite of the contract he just signed.

Didn't understand that Kesler signing at all. Like who else was going over 6.8m a year? In a couple of years, if he is an adequate 3rd line centre, the Ducks might be happy. (I think his NHL body is wearing down fast).
