Okposo hasn't been what we signed him to be. He is struggling and this trade gives him an opportunity to ride off the coat tails of being of the same line as a different first overall pick (two, actually). And Antipin will slide into the NJD D-core nicely, and he's expendable due to the large number of L-shot D-men in the system.

Two picks, a prospect, and a sorta prospect/NHL depth player for a guy on an expiring contract.
