1- NYR and COL:
Matt Nieto is not a major part of the trade and not a required include. Nieto was included because it seems to help both teams... Unless Nieto is like NYR's Jasper Fast in regards to being a very good player regardless of his stats. I have not seen Nieto play enough to form an opinion. Than Nieto's departure takes almost $2 mil off the salary cap for next season for COL and gives NYR a veteran presence thinned out at the TDL.

NYR and EDM:
Spooner and Talbot are salary dumps and by all means not required includes. EDM aquires Vesey and Georgiev for both the rest of this season and next season. And unless resigned, Zuccarello for the rest of this season.

NYR and BOS:
I have a feeling that BOS will end up making the best offer for Hayes because they believe they're aquiring and resigning Hayes long term for a renters price o trade. NYR probably tries to get a 1st rounder instead of 2nd, but settles for BOS giving the 7th round pick back.

NYR and TBL:
TBL saves almost $4 mil off this years and next years salary cap. Also TBL reacquires Namestnikov whom they already know plays very with the rest of the team. NYR possibly gets their next team captain.
