Schenn is just straight up not worth that kinda money, he's far worse than Rakell. Also, how do you motivate Parayko on a third pair if stars can't play down in the lineup?

I don't think Schenn is that bad really. There may be better options out there as I'm not as familiar with the west though. Also, there is no need to motivate Parayko, as in this system every pair would play much more balanced minutes, so even the third would play 16-20 per night. Spreading talent like that can work with dmen, for forwards it'd be much harder.
