I'm starting to feel the same way. We can't compete with Nashville and Winnipeg, and Colorado might get Jack Hughes in the next year. I can't see us finishing in the top 3 of our division for the next 5 years. It sucks because Schwartz, Tarasenko, Schenn, Pietrangelo, and Parayko are all in their prime and locked up on cheap contracts. I honestly would not be surprised if we finished last in the central next year.
