Buffalo cuts Montreal out of the Moulson deal. Retains 2.5 mil and gets a 4th from Carolina. Montreal pays full price for ROR.

Moulson corporation IRL ain't touching Matt Moulson at the tail end of his career, bouncing back from minors. It'd be funny if they did, and that's why they don't. But it'd be pretty cool if they did.

Adding O'Reilly and Stastny is a very good idea for this franchise. Makes them a lot better. I don't think Buffalo is that excited to rent Pacioretty for a year, in exchange for five years of a number one center, but this is the right general direction to move this roster.

I dont want moulson near an ror deal. Its adding a steaming pile of moulson to ror to justify their weak tea offer. Montreal wants pacioretty gone, and they want ror. Its not gonna be one stop shopping for the habs. They should move pacioretty to a contender for the late first and b prospect that he will return. Then put an offer on the table and see if it beats the field. Without 3oa, they will wait and compete with st louis, columbus, carolina, calgary, maybe philly, maybe the isles. Who knows, they might still get him.
