Well this is attempt 2 as Sabres Nation wait to hear that we have lost the lottery AGAIN!!!!

I zeroed in on making a three trades that bring 3 solid players into the organization while moving out players that need a change in scenery or a player who is looking for his true LOVE.

EDM deal was constructed with the basis of providing the Oilers defensive help in McCabe & a healthy Bogo (if he can not stay healthy EDM puts him on LTIR and saves even more cap space). The key is the Sabres retain $4,000,000 in 2018/2019 as we have cap space to play with since I did not sign any major FA.

NYI deal is centered around the Islanders getting a goaltender in Lehner and a solid but unspectacular forward in Girgensons. In return we pick up a high energy young winger.

The Calgary Flames deal send ROR & Justin Bailey in return Hamilton and a young D prospect come into the fold in Buffalo.

I signed Cam Ward to mentor Linus.

Sustr provides a 6th D on the right side.
