Description
I feel like this is a reasonable trade for both teams as Tampa's going after a cup and they have two years to do so if they have Karlsson. Ottawa receives a fair amount of value as they receive an A rated prospect in Foote, B rated in Howden and take a gamble on Joesph who has a CHANCE to be a middle 6 forward and also two first round picks. It seems like Ottawa is looking to blow up their entire roster so getting a player like Foote back and beneficial to the future.

That's a lot of value that TB is giving up, but I think that if you are going to trade a player of the caliber of EK than you need to get at least 1 proven elite young player.
