Avs faceoffs is an issue, howver they are rolling with rookie Cs in Jost, Compher, Kerfoot, and Toninato any given night. Takes time for rookies to learn the craft.

I think its a fair assessment they need help there, but I think they go throw the growing pains with it instead of a band aid of a fix by moving assets in order to do so. Larsson wouldnt really have a spot on the team unless Avs move roster players. Kamenev is another natural C who will be coming back from Injury and from his AHL time, really good at faceoffs.

well in this scenario they view winning as more of a growth potential and they think Larrson can help them do that, I think they would just most one of the rook centers to the wing.

right well the Isle's Goaltending need is pretty dire in a season where they desperately want to make the playoffs in case this is the last season the have Johnny T. and Belows is the price he looked great with mittlestadt in world juniors so he very desirable for the Sabres.
