Chucky Trade:
On Tampa’s side:
Since he is not happy in Montreal, acquiring him and making him play a more offensive style game and re-boosting his confidence (destroyed by Therrien and now Julien) will be in Tampa’s favor. As explained in the additional details, if Chucky plays more than 50 games, Tampa has to give up their 4th round pick (additionally to the 6th already given).
On Montreal’s side:
Gourde is a hard-working and down to earth player and a Quebecois, whom could interest Montreal.
Howden, considered has Tampa’s 2nd best prospect (after Sergachev), will also be a good addition to Montreal’s center prospect bank.
Callan Foote (which was not on Tampa Bay’s rooster, since he is unsigned), is one of the upcoming Defensemen in the WHL, he will add more depth to the right-handed defensemen prospect bank for Montreal.

Saros Trade:
We need a good goalie prospect (Ingram is decent, but not as much potential as Saros) to eventually challenge Vasilevskiy to be better (since Saros will take more and more starting games) until one of them becomes a solid starter. Don’t get me wrong here; Vasil is definitely becoming a good and consistent goalie, but Budaj ain’t the one who’s gonna challenge him and make him feel like he is in a ejectable seat. Therefore, we go and get him before he’s an RFA and sign him up for 3 years
Volkov and Stephens is just enough exchange value (and Nashville sure does need more center prospects). The additional picks are only a concept I like doing (and that GMs should do more… it spices things up a little)

Roster explanation:
Kucherov and Stamkos will be hand in hand for the remaining of their career (If nothing wrong happens). Namestnikov is there to add rapidity and two-way back up.
Palat, Point and Chucky still need development and putting them together could accelerate the process, since they are mostly offense-focused players. Defensively, it would take a good summer and pre-season of adjustment so that they can adjust to each other, but since they wouldn't play against the other teams’ first line and pair of Defensemen, it will work.
Killorn and Callahan, the “glorified plumbers”, would be there to add some physical force to the line ups. Paired with Johnson, who can find them easily for one timers and/or make the plays, this line could cause a lot of surprises and worrying for the opposing teams.
Conacher, Paquette and Brown would simply be asked to shake things up and kill some time. If they manage to score, it’s a plus side. If they make an error that leads to a goal against more than once in a game, simply replace one of them with a prospect (like Dumont, Tammela or Raddysh) and “voilà”!
The defense pairs don’t really need explanation. They are working perfectly and you don’t fix something that’s not broken.
Vasilevskiy and Budaj are good to go and Saros is ready to be called-up whenever one of them is injured.

Also, you might notice that I signed up Josh Shalla to a two-way contract. That’s only to have a left-handed back up forward in case one or more players get injured during the season.

TLDR;
Chucky’s gonna be better in TB. We get him for not so much.
Saros is only here to challenge Vasil.
Signed Shalla cause we need more LH forwards in the AHL.
Foote and Howden are 2 of the top 3 prospects in Tampa and no need for Galchenyuk especially at that price. As for the Nashville trade.... We are very high on Volkov as he was a 2nd round pick and Stephens is another top guy in the system and would take at least a high 2nd to get him. Also would find better players for the 4th line. Paquette is very injury prone, Brown cant score to save his life, and Conacher isn't consistent enough
