Chatfield is statistically better, as well as cheaper, the pick is for the age difference as it gives Carolina a long-term Pesce replacement, and the pick would allow Toronto to grab Tanev

The only way Chatfield won't be on the team is because he walks as a UFA.

You seriously shouldn't be selling off Martin when he's the only backup right now. ESPECIALLY after Raanta injured himself (again).
