Stammer would be a good target if he hits the market, but I highly doubt Tampa lets him walk. If they do, he's still a ppg 2nd-line winger at a bare minimum, and the 3rd-highest-scoring UFA player on the market, only behind Guentzel and Reinhart. They're both probably getting north of $10M, so Stammer should ask at least in the $8-9M range.
