This roster built on a lot of if things go the right way with the contracts but could see tanev signing here for around that, hakanpaa gets over double what he’s making now, Toffoli might get more term from someone but guess depends on where he wants to play too.
If parakyo would waive wouldn’t mind this deal at the deadline, risky with how he could age but now the whole right side is big and strong.
Toffoli scores everywhere he goes should be no different with the leafs. You suffer one more year with JT at centre because there’s not much in free agency for centres.
Keep the net dirt cheap and figure out any other cap crunch the next summer. Least JTs deal will be over.

Other impact option is don’t trade for Parayko and try to sign Lindholm.
Not sure much else they can do over next couple years with the assets they have.
