Leafs declined the second you put Cowan in there he’s considered untouchable don’t you hear the news? And leafs don’t want anything to do with parayko guy is already 1.5M overpaid and will need to be bought out on the last year of his deal and I don’t care how many blues fans say he’s worth 5 1sts he isn’t worth even this package, terrible asset management
