I like every trade here besides the EDM one.

I am tired of having bad contracts on the Caps...Would rather go into the offseason with plenty of cap space and no baggage (yes you can still buy him out, but that is still baggage). Looking for a big offseason out of the Caps and would like to use every dollar towards making the team a contender for one final run.

Plus Lindgren is a solid, cheap backup / 1b (at times).

No team in the NHL is giving you a 4th for Eddy unless 50% is retained. Minnesota just picked up Bogosian who is basically the same player as Eddy but only being paid 850K for a 7th round pick.

See i dont mind the having the baggage bc we desperately need to retool. Stevenson would be a great 1b imo. Also Capitals need to play some guys they have in Hershey or at least give them a legitimate shot

Frank 12g 12a = 24p in 28gp (13th in AHL points top 10 in goals.
Pierrick Dubé 14g 5a = 19p in 28gp
Sgarbossa (old) is 3rd in points in the AHL would be a solid / great 4 line guy.
Alex Limoges would be another guy that i would give a look to.

might have Leonard also next season maybe Chesley and Iorio is NHL ready. all those guys are ELC and saves us cap space
