I highly doubt the Kraken make that deal. McCann is one of their best forwards and signed to a very team friendly deal, and with Seattle still looking to win, he's a big part of their present and future plans as leading goalscorer and key contributor to both the power play and penalty kill. Not to mention, the package on offer from Pittsburgh won't cut it. Pickering is a great start, but the rest of it is underwhelming, especially considering Rakell's contract could easily end up underwater if his slow start and injury struggles continue. Ultimately, the Kraken would decline this offer and continue with McCann as an integral part of their core.
