If Holtz is disappointing again, he'll likely be of little interest to Winnipeg and would need to be replaced by something they need. Especially if you want to have the option of having Winnipeg wait 3 years for the most valuable piece to them.

Between his M-NTC and the lack of an extension included this would be a good return imo. Maybe throw in a B-tier prospect or a couple long shots.
