I’m personally pretty high on the rookies. Kasper looked good and fits nhl style play. He will have Copp to help with face offs and D, which means he can play aggressively on offense. Edvinsson already produced at a really great rate for his 9 games and chiarot-holl will take the hard D minutes.

Detroit is still going to do what Detroit does and not rush prospects. That's why the veterans that you traded away are there, to give the young players a cushion. It will mean a worst draft pick but hopefully it leads to better players

If they're ready, they'll be playing in the NHL.

That Detroit is the only team that does this or that Detroit seasons prospects longer than any other org. That was a Holland MO, not a Detroit one.

Detroits massive, consistent success for 30 years or so generated many myths.
