I guess management are hoping that their players playing in the last years of their ELCs have bad seasons, so they don't get paid as much. Maybe Eichel, Nylander and other get send to the AHL during the season.

If Benning and Nurse continue to progress this season as expected, I think we might get them signed for 5-6 years between $3.5-4MM.

Caggiula's upside is something like Jarnkrok. If he does well this year I could see him netting a 6-year x $2MM contract at the most. Probably a 3-year x $1.5MM contract is more likely though. Slepyshev is in a similar place.

Strome will have to post his best season yet to get any raise at all, IMO. Up to now he hasn't got the 3C position covered properly, so he isn't worth more than the $2.5MM he's being paid.

Even if Brossoit gets 20 games this year and posts a .920, he won't be getting much more than $1MM as a young backup. The only way he gets more is if Talbot goes down with an injury and Laurent plays 40+ games at .920 or better.
