I agree I just think they are a little cash strapped at the moment need to sign about 3 players with 5 mil in cap space, but for sure Bouchard is the priority and you can figure out the rest later if your the oilers. But forcing them to match is still a good move for the sharks

Lol well any ACGM where EK65 is getting traded, that's going to be the focus. Also, Edmonton would definitely match that. They have over 5 in cap space and would probably prioritize Buchard over McLeod. Also I don't think Buchard would sign with the Sharks unless it was a big overpay, and Sharks are in no position to throw away first rounders
