I can't see Seattle having much interest in that trade. They're looking to win now, and a top 6/top 9 winger like Bjorkstrand will help them accomplish that task more than some youngsters who, while they have potential, are all currently NHL/AHL bubble players.

Seattle really doesn't need to stockpile young assets with potential. They already have arguably a top 8-12 prospect pool if not better to go along with a sneakily young core, and giving up on an incredibly important forward asset who can play on any of your top 3 lines is probably not the best decision, not to mention the retention. Maybe a reunification with Duclair could work, especially if young guys are being given up for him I'm sure SJ would definitely be ok with a package that virtually turns Lorentz and a 5th into potentially 3 pretty solid prospects and a pick or so. You can also try and snipe Tatar in FA for a cheap 1 year deal without giving assets up.
