Not sure what you mean by this but the challenge is that Carter has a full NMC so he has to agreed to any trade. Which team is open to taking him ***and he also agrees to go to ***and what will it cost to dump him.

I think we're a little screwed here unless he decides to retire which means his cap hit can be dumped/he waives his NMC
