This is all you need to do Lou. Don't spend more picks on minor upgrades to the lineup - Pageau should be back soon and if you make it, Barzal is back for the playoffs. Engvall was a nice supplemental addition, now let's get some draft capital back by using the $6M in deadline space we have to broker some deals.

Just guessing on the destinations - JVR might be overkill for Toronto but he's due back there to continue the Philadelphia/Toronto equilibrium in his career. Klingberg is hard to find a home for, but Dallas looks ready to load up after getting Domi and he's obviously very familiar with that team and should integrate back in pretty quickly.

Not super interested in sending out literally all of the Leafs picks, but generally speaking I don't hate that value. Could massage something there.
I will say that depending on what happens today we might not need the double ret though

Yeah, totally spitballing on the destinations for both those guys. I do think it's worth noting that Toronto has just enough cap space to basically activate Matt Murray from LTIR, send down Woll, and add another $950K so part of me wonders if they're quiet today in possible anticipation of that.
