        Hopefully he does. Would hate to see him leave. Last I heard (not recently and out of the loop admittedly) they were a good ways apart on cap hit. Either way he would be a solid add to the wings and only cost a 2nd. smile

        Yeah, I don’t really see it being very realistic match for the Wings. We’re looking for a right handed centerman. I’d expect to sign Ryan O’Reilly in free agency for the same or less money and keep our picks before trading for Kuz.

        Latest report was that Detroit offered 8 x $8,200,000 and Larkin wants 8 x $8,900.000. Sorry but $700,000 isn't that far apart. Need to stop listening to these so- called NHL insiders. Because what they've been reporting and this comes from Larkin himself is way off.
