You know there’s other ways to get a Dman right? Using other pieces to get it done. For instance ARZ doesn’t consider Boeser but throw a few picks/prospects in and they likely bite hard. They would probably take a chance on gurianov too. The package you’re getting here is almost what Chych would cost.

Canucks definitely decline. Boeser at 50% retained is extremely valuable to any team, he'd earn more than a 1st + middle sixer + late picks. When do you see a 60-point winger with a 3.3M cap hit?
