Yeah but in that scenario, DeMelo brings a lot of stability to the RD and the bottom-6 is a million times better

Of course, they'd also need a coaching staff that can play 2-way hockey but in that scenario, goalies wouldn't be left out to dry too often, and in that case, Murray would do well. His contract never made sense though

I, too, do still think Murray would have been traded. Who knows what would have happened to Zub if Demelo was still on the team...
