Yikes that max domi trade is so bad for the leafs. Hes worth a 4th, Max and that's with retention.

Though I would personally like the elements both Jeannot and Crouse bring to the table, the Leafs would be forced into moving some salary out next year to afford. As well, what you're offering does not equate their values.
Crouse is now like Jenner for Columbus. A player everyone wants on their team. But great for their culture. However Arizona's culture has historically been the dumping ground for all other teams, so who knows.

Preds would decline that Jeannot trade. He brings more toughness to our roster. Price starts with Liljegren.

-I don't think Arizona moves Crouse for this package - it would need to be a major overpay for them to ship out a dude who just signed a 5 year extension (how many players actually *want* to stick around the desert??) Kerfoot is a pending UFA that has no value to a rebuilding Arizona team; Robertson is out with a fairly significant injury for the 3rd consecutive year so I don't know how they'd value him; and while the picks are nice, it just doesn't rise to the level of "overpay" in my eyes. Pass for the Coyotes.

-Overpay for Domi. I'd assume the Hawks are looking for 3rd round value for Domi fully retained (basically what he got at last year's deadline) and you've gone above and beyond. I'd offer them Toronto's 3rd this year since you already have Ottawa's.

-Jeannot is just not worth that this year, in my eyes. His big jump in value came from him putting up 24-17-41 last year, and it seems like that's what you're valuing him at in this trade - not the guy who's put up 3-5-8 in 36 GP this year. While I'm not quite sold on SDA, I still think giving up him plus a pair of good picks is wayyyyy too much to give for a bottom-6 guy like Jeannot.
