Leafs don't need LHD....it's pretty obvious. Reilly. will be back, Sandin, Giordano, and Benn. Gee, Orlov is on IR. An overpay for position that doesn't need LHD injured Orlov.
M NTC Kerfoot probably would have been traded for cap reasons. But he a difficult trade cause teams that would be on his trade....have no cap. His cap just can't disappear.

As a Caps fan, I've always loved Ovchinnikov. Wish Caps drafted him. I would't hate this if Caps decide to trade.

If said LHD is better than any D we have in the organization, it doesnt matter. He can also play on the right side. And many teams would want kerfoot.

Kerfoot is NOT a “good player” and he would NOT get a “good return”
Otherwise, he’d already have been traded
