I think it would be a mistake not to get more term from Bratt, Sharangovich and Zetterlund.
To begin with I'm not convinced Zetterlund would accept a 2m AAV at this point.
25 games into his NHL career he's looking like an emerging top six forward.
Giving Zetterlund the Siegenthaler extension (5 x 3.4m) would be a lot better in terms cap for when the Devils are right in the middle of their cup window.
The same goes for Bratt, it'd be preferable not to have to decide on giving Bratt a new long-term contract when he's 29 when the Devils could extend him into his early 30s at the AAV you suggested.
Sharangovich has started a bit slow in terms of production but I don't think he'd accept your suggested contract.
As of now I also lean against playing Nemec in the NHL for the 23-24 but in such case I'd rather have the Walsh playing 3RHD over Smith, think the lineup would be better that way.
I don't think it'd make sense to keep Luke Hughes out of the NHL any longer though, he'd be 20 at the start of the 23-24 season and given how he's progressed since the draft I have a hard time believing he wouldn't be more than capable of playing a top 4 role in the NHL at that time.
Getting Hughes in would also negate the need to resign Graves as one of Bahl or Okhotiuk would be well due for a full time job in the NHL at that point.
I like the Blackwood signing, I think that'd be a realistic contract for him if he'd want to stay in New Jersey.
McLeod has had an excellent start to the season but I'd hate it if he was signed to that big an AAV.
I'd hope McLeod would be signed for half that, at best.
