Yeah we should try a few different guys with Sid. I wouldn’t mind signing Jonathan Dahlen just to see if that works, then stick him bottom 6 if it doesn’t

Zucker isn't worth buying out. He'll be on LTIR after he plays his first preseason game or he'll be a good Mid-6 winger... the problem is the contact they gave Kapanen. If they can't trade him, then send him down to WBS. If he clears waivers, good, if not, it's not a big loss.

The Pen's can't keep 8 D-men on the roster, so they need to trade one. Kappy's demotion and that trade will clear enough space for a decent mid-6 winger.

What did I just read lol. They didn't sign Kap to just put him in the AHL - plus he would still count against the cap even if they did.
