Can someone help me with this? Strome's QO is $3.6 MIL which people have noted Chicago feels he isn't worth and won't qualify him.

It's not just you @DougieGilmour. I have seen multilple people give Strome MORE than that to sign him. What gives? Why pay a player more than he is deemed worth currently?
