Flyers accept the Konecny deal? Imagine the value is some around a 1st + 2nd + good prospect + depth forward, and obviously the Olofsson Konecny swap with us adding a bit more on makes more sense but wanted to try this way for the most “ready now” team.
Peterka I imagine next year no matter what will not be getting a full rookie season, I feel like he’s kinda going to have a year similar to Samuelsson. Start in the AHL, be too good for it, come up with injuries, shine, and stay the year. Regardless I think he’ll be a floater, and the 14th forward that’ll get around 45 games. Vinnie fits the 13th forward role nicely, will play damn near the whole season with injuries and not a bad guy to play up and down the lineup.
Hague signing was mostly because it’s funny, overpay but Vegas can’t match. Maybe a side deal will happen with some team which Vegas gets more back and the team pays less? Who knows, I imagine Eichel wasn’t thrilled when he got to Vegas and probably talked very negatively on Buffalo which could impact Hagues “willingness” to accept an offer, especially on a jammed defense. More of a fun thought that an actuality.
Just sign MAF to whatever he wants for two years, he’s got good vibes and is still super good, and we need to hit the cap floor.
