Description

idk what the blues lines are but that's not the point. the condition here is that tkachuk goes to arb, is planning on taking a one year deal and then peaceing out to st louis as a UFA, so basically it's a mark stone type of situation.

they can use the remaining cap space i left to fill out the rest of the roster but i don't consider myself a st. louis expert, i just feel like him ending up on the blues looks pretty likely, especially if he gets traded.

they don't have much of a choice if he elects to go to arb next year. that walks him right to UFA like mark stone. ottawa didn't get much for him because he was only going to sign in vegas.
