Adding Hyman and Foegele should provide a vast improvement at LW, Keith will be better at 2LD than the combination of Jones, Lagesson, Russell, Koekkoek, and Kulikov, and the combination of Ceci and Bouchard should quickly become at least as effective as the combination of Larsson and Bear were last season. Rumors hold that Holland has shopped for players that fit a team need and want to be in Edmonton. I don't think there is anything to fix among the moves he has made so far.

In terms of a 3C, I seriously doubt Danault is in the cards. His ask, in terms of salary, term, and role are unlikely to fit with what the Oilers are doing. Its possible Holland addresses that roster need via another trade, or perhaps he finds a suitable, but lower profile and less expensive option in free agency. Both Getzlaf and Bonino are no longer available. If he can swing a deal for Kuemper, the Oilers are going to be a very, very good team next season.
