I like that Ottawa is so high, all of our stars should be reaching their prime by then, hopefully we can go on some runs. I don’t think Tampa will slip that far though, Point/Sergachev/Cirelli/Vasilevskiy are pretty young and Kucherov/Hedman should still be pretty high level contributors (Stamkos might slip a bit by 36). I’d probably still have them top 3. Not sure which of Florida/Toronto I’d have rounding out the top 3, I’d probably lean towards Toronto though, Matthews is better than Barkov, and they have some decent young talent on the way (Sandin/Amirov/Robertson is comparable to Lundell/Tippett/Denisenko, maybe slight edge Toronto because they have a D in there for the future, and Marner/Nylander are better than Huberdeau for guys already there. Montreal’s a weird one because their D is old and Romanov is the only guy that looks like a future top pair guy (they have a bunch of middling D prospects but nobody who looks like a real stud, at least 1-3 should turn into 2nd pair calibre guys but no top pair RD), but Primeau looks good in net, and Suzuki/Caufield could become the next Bergeron/Pastrnak (maybe more like RoR/DeBrincat idk lol), but yeah their forwards should still be real good and in their prime. I’d probably have them ahead of Detroit, unless you’re having Detroit pick up one of Wright/Lambert/Savoie and one of Bedard/Michkov/Fantilli, in which case you might as well just hand the Red Wings 3 of the 5 cups from 2026-2030 lol
