Canucks can't make that trade. Nor would they give up that much for Reinhart. Just don't have the assets or cap space to make a trade like that.

Fair point. I had Reinhart for 1st and Woo. Took on Roussel in exchange for the 2nd.

Will not comment on trades but some notes on the lineup for you:
- Cozens is not a LW, do not know why CF lists him as such. He is a C/RW
- Asplund, MItts, Thompson was our best line under Granato and I'd be surprised if they do not play together again
- Bryson and Borgen played very well together in the AHL and I'd love to see them be our 3rd pair in Buffalo.
- Samuelsson shouldn't play his offside as a rookie with little pro experience. McCabe has played right side before so I'd just swap them

I don’t hate this. If this is what the Sabres decided to do it would be relatively OK. It just really stinks a Jack Eichel could legitimately be moved. When we drafted him I thought this guy could be a career Sabre, and possibly break all the team’s offensive records. Now I’m wondering if he would be included in an all-time Sabres roster, since his time here will have been about as long as Danny Briere and Chris Drury spent here.

You'd have to take more salary back. Eriksson would be the ideal considering he is owed very little and cap shouldn't be an issue for buffalo.
