2nd might be a bit much, with Gauthier still having some potential as a former first round pick. If Gauthier stays, he could play a middle 6 role. He's just buried behind Buchnevich, Kakko, and Kravtsov... and guys like Blackwell

I doubt it. He’s likely protected. They have 3 FWds for 2 slots. Debrusk, Ritchie, Frederic. There is a possibilty Debrusk or Ritchie could be traded for pick or exempt player before the X draft.

This serves no purpose. Just an downgrade. Both play similar games. Big, physical, slow, can’t skate. Difference is Ritchie is actually productive. Was on a 20 goal pace for full season. Don’t see Goat as anything more than 4th liner.

You will get a wide variety of terms of Ritchie’s value from Bruins fans. Anywhere from a bag of broken sticks to a late 1st. So they not really a good sounding board. Some would be happy to expose him a hope Seattle takes him for nothing. Some think he’s worth a 1st plus. Truth is somewhere in between.
