I think you could do better than trading rielly for a goalie, I also think rielly would have a hard time adapting to this system so i don’t think it makes sense for the isles. There is a chance the isles will have to move varlamov and sign a cheaper backup for sorokin

I personally don’t see a scenario where Rielly fits in with the Leafs moving forward. The goalie situation is still up for debate on IF Campbell can stay healthy enough to be a #1, if there was a trade that could work for both teams I’d like it.
