So what happens if the 2021 is a lottery pick? You’ve already given them your 2022 1st Round Pick, so the 2021 pick can’t be transferred to 2022. Make the 2022 1st Round pick your lottery protected pick that way the Rangers have the choice to defer to 2023 if they elect to do so, should they be a lottery team in 2022

I think Kravstov might be better long term than Kakko, but I feel like the organization is more interested in keeping Kakko. If Strome+Kakko could make it happen, I would probably pull the trigger.
