OTT needs cap to get to the floor and JVR is still a top 6F who scores 25+ goals a year. As for WPG, that is what has been rumored as the price as stated in the description.

we can hit the floor by signing a UFA to a 1 year deal, were not bailing out the flyers for that. Ive never seen that price as a rumour, everything ive read says itll have to be a big package, this isint it. Laugton is fine but not super valuable, ghost has almost no value, and 3 late picks in their respective rounds probably wont do it. Brink or frost gotta go the other way at a minimum imo
