No where even close to his value but I would love if this happened

This makes no sense for Tampa. They're only moving Cirelli if they can't afford to extend him, and it's not like Lebanc is going to be so significantly less expensive to re-sign.

Also from a value perspective you probably have the 3rd on the wrong side of the deal.

I really highly doubt that. Cirelli is heavily overrated on here. He would be the 3C in Sj. Trust me, the third is on the right side

Easy decline from Tampa. No need for Labanc at all, and Tampa will just have to pay him the same money they'll pay Cirelli. The prospect isn't moving the needle either. Not anything Tampa needs to trade their young 2C for at this point.

Tampa easily declines, Cirelli's value is higher then that. None of those pieces remotely help Tampa.
