Description

Strome- I see Strome in a similar case to Kevin Hayes. Half the fan base wants him gone and the other wants him resigned. While both of them don't fit into the long term plan of this team. Hopefully, we can either draft a 2C or chytil will be ready to take the role in 1-1.5 years(Next Draft- Next Deadline). I am a fan of capitalizing on storms great season as I don't think he will repeat his point production, and he is a defensive liability. The difference between Hayes' and Stome's situation is that everyone knew the rangers were going to rebuild, while is seems to me that the rangers are no exiting the rebuild and will want to take strides to become a contender.

Interesting idea. I really don’t get the sense holland will seek out a youthful option for goaltending this offseason. Just a short term vet that seems safe to bet on. Readdress long term solution when kosk wears down his term more. While I wouldn’t be completely against this idea not the direction expecting to see.
