Rather than the typical Jonny and Monny moves I wanted to try something different.

Ya Ya I know Backs has a 10 team trade list clause - but CBJ is a good team and maybe he would enjoy being yelled at by Torts! Would be a good 2nd line center option for CBJ and gets them some real value back for Anderson.

Winnipeg needs D and we have too many LHD. Hanifin is the right age, good cap with a 2nd to sweeten the deal. I am convinced Valimaki will be able to step into a top 4 role np.

Ryan gives Buffalo a 1 yr stop gap utility center that can play up and down the line up

The only gripes I have are that Janko’s QO is 1.75 and I don’t know if he’s worth qualifying, but a 4C isn’t difficult to find. Also Ehlers is a leftie, but as long as him or Chucky can handle full time RW this’ll be fine. Idk if WPG accepts (they seem to want a RD more but like, they only have one good LD as far as I can tell lol) but the other trades seem fair.

Edit: forgot to mention, I do like this plan. Makes us better and seems fair overall

My Janko signing was assuming no one will qualify him and we circle back with a 1 year prove it deal. Agree WPG would prefer a rhd but so would nearly every team in the league - they need quality D period.
