I mean I don't think he's better, but I think he's a younger, fresher option that is pretty good. I'd like to see a trade for him, at the right price of course

I'm with Gordo on this one, if they replace Freddie with Georgiev the Leafs are taking a huge step back in net.
He's the Connor Murphy of goalies on capfriendly, hugely overrated for reasons unknown.

If you compare his play to our defensive play over the past 2 seasons (18-19 and 19-20) he's EASILY above average

The same should be said for Andersen and his results have been better, hence why I think Georgiev is a step in the wrong direction
