Description

My suggestions for the line composition for game 3:

- Burakovsky up to line 1, MacKinnon needs to help this guy get going
-Landeskog and Nichushkin back onto line 2 with Kadri to reform the two way shutdown line to counter the Benn/Seguin/Radulov line
-Namesnikov and Donskoi swap. Namestnikov needs more ice time and Donskoi has been awful/outmatched playing against DAL lines 2/3, move him to line 4 where he should stand out
-Cole blew it game 2, Zadorov moves up. Hope the extra ice time for Zadorov results in more physicality from the back end
- Francouz has been steady all year, hes bound to rebound eventually, hopefully he can stand on his head the rest of the series

Sorry mate. I honestly still would stay on Francouz.
If you saw the highlights from game 2, goal 3 against hit Radulov in the shoulder, popped up in the air, and landed inbetween Francouz' shoulder and the crossbar in the net.
Goal 4 you could argue was a 50/50 was it frozen? was it loose and his pad pushed in? not sure i saw a single replay showing the full puck across the line..

Would you give Conor Timmins a chance in game 3? I thought Connauton was okay In game 2. You could definitely see the nerves early. But late in the game he was one of the few D making simple plays and getting the puck toward the net. Colorado had a really tough time getting through the neutral zone once Dallas took the lead, and Timmins is a very good passer out of his own end which could be helpful. Downside would be that one of Timmins, Makar, or Girard would likely have to PK at least a little bit.

Timmins in over Connaunton doesnt change the result of the game.
Connauton is only asked to play 10 mins, play safe, dont make any mistakes, he was fine.
Bednar said he went with Connaunton because hes got more experience.
Im not looking to have Timmins come in as a rookie and start firing pucks across the neutral zone and expect him not to make a mistake that ends up in the back of our net

i like swapping landeskog and bura but i wouldn't cut donskoi's ice time. i also trust cole twice as much as i trust zadorov.
