Not getting Sanheim AND Myers... Not to mention JVR would have to be moved to take in a cap as big as Marner. That being said we would have entirely too much money tied up at RW

Come on, you don't want to give up our two young dman that make up a solid second paring that will continue to develop for an $11 million winger? That trade is Toronto's dream.... In a flat cap world there is just no way that possibly happens.

JVR retread would be an awful idea for this team. Trading Marner isn’t likely to yield a great result for the Leafs. I still think Nylander is more likely to move but again they need a GM first before anything happens
