Description

Get Stepan back for a year while young forwards develop, half retained so he is cheap and only costs a low end prospect and 2nd rd draft pick. Staal holds a bottom pair spot until Miller or Lundqvist are ready end of the year. Sell High on Strome and don't have cap space for him, but trade him for a Center replacement in a year or two. Wasn't sure of price for Brodie but only want to sign him for 3 years max because younger players will be coming in soon to replace him. (Jones, Robertson)

Yea I was deciding between those two but figured its the screen the goalie position and Gauthier is a big and strong kid, but either one works.

I'd just take Stepan off the PP and put Gauthier and Chytil. And while you're at it, swap that 2nd for Howden.

I don't hate that, Stepan is only there for a year anyways so might as well go younger to get them experience and Gauthier is Righty too.

Which 2nd with Howden? the one going with Hajek to Arizona? If I do that I would just need to fill 4th line center but could use Andersson or grab a cheap UFA (Colin Wilson, Trevor Lewis, McKegg)
