This is my perfect summer for this team. Starting with the 19/20 deadline, selling off pieces not necessary to the rebuild, to getting lucky in draft lottery and getting Byfield, poaching Sergachev from TB in the summertime because they have no cap space to sign him, and signing Lehner july 1. lmk what you guys think of these moves, if you think I overpaid or undervalued guys, or if you have any other suggestions.
Yzerman and Brisebois are good friends and if TB does have cap problems you'd want to help out a friend because at least you know you will get paid back. Even with Sergachev the Wings are about 3-5 years from being problem to TB. How true that is who knows but it sounds good.
The thing that bugs me is resigning Biega first he is over 30 and second he isn't good. Seriously with the Wing's defense if you can stand out with bad play from the rest it means you are really bad.

I only resigned Biega to be the 8th defenseman. I think it's better than like Hicketts or someone coming up. Hicketts is actually pretty important to GR and has done basically nothing playing up. But obviously this is one of the minor moves, so if it doesnt happen it doesnt matter at all
