i don't think he's getting the best opportunity on TB. They need to move cap, and, moving Killorn alone isn't enough. Ottawa is second to closest to his hometown so he may waive to play there. It's not too much to give up either.

Crazy risky to trade for Gourde, if it turns out that he's just a product of playing in Tampa then Ottawa is stuck with another ugly contract, so not worth it for them considering the amount of prospects they have coming up through their system.
