I think Shero is waiting for a cap strapped team (WPG, SJ) to make a big signing then swoop in to make an offer sheet. He is big on “when the time is right” and has mentioned that cap space is a “weapon”. Next signing will be Hughes ELC, then who knows?

I don't know.. Not having a 2nd linders his options drastically in terms of sending out an offer sheet. My guess is if Shero ever intended to go this route he wouldn't have traded away his 2020 2nd while having 3!! 2019 2nd's at the time.

I'm already happy with the team and the moves we made... I can see one further trade coming but that's about it.
